Synopsis:

This book comprises of twelve articles written by prominent popular science writers of Bangladesh and edited by Subrata Debnath. Saumitra Chakravarty authored two of the articles on probabilistic determination of pi and randomness of the digits of pi, respectively. He also composed a lyric on pi at the beginning of the book which is sung as pi-ballad (পাই পুঁথি) in Bangladesh while celebrating pi-day.
